4th Borderlands DLC Announced!

After a few days of “leaked” information, Gearbox Software announced the newest addition to the Borderlands DLC family. It will be titled “Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution.”

Wheel of Time Series Is Honored, In Metal Form

Well, here we have one of my favorite things in the universe: bands doing tributes to things that are nerdy. Now I loves me some Blind Guardian, who are responsible for this particular tribute, and I loves me some power metal. The song (cleverly titled Wheel of Time) is a little over 8 minutes of pure power metal madness, and ties in a book series I’ve been kind of meaning to get back into. I was reading the Wheel of Time series a while back, and I stopped for fairly “QQ” reasons. This song makes me want to read them again. Enjoy.

Venture Bros Season 4.5

Man things have been kinda slow since Comic-Con. However, [adultswim] released a video trailer for the second half of season 4 of Venture Bros. Premiering September 12th, I’m getting excited already.

YouTube Channel Feature: GarlandTheGreat

For our second installment, we bring to you GarlandTheGreat, a YouTuber who is known for quite a few things. I initially found him for his 100% (and sometimes more) runs of the Crash Bandicoot series, but he does oh so much more. He has a multitude of challenge run-throughs of various Final Fantasy games, a FFVII speedrun, the aforementioned 100% Crash runs, and even a Metal Gear Solid “Big Boss” Challenge run.

G4TV actually airing something nerdy!

..Other than then airing con footage, X play (do they still show that?), and Attack Of The Show. G4 is scheduled to have all of the Marvel Anime series including Ironman, Thor, and Wolverine in their regular programming!

When are you Cap’t ?

New news about the Captain America movie scheduled for summer 2011. It will take place in WWII with present time bookends according to some of those involved in production speaking at Comic Con!

Amaterasu and Thor Announced!

So thanks to ComiCon, we now have official trailers for Amaterasu and Thor in motion in Marvel vs Capcom 3. Am I flooding you with MvC3 info? Probably. But I’ve been waiting for this game for years (along with legions of other people) and I’m damn excited. My guess is the two of them will end up being god tier. Didja get it…? More after the jump.

Starcraft 2 Is Almost Here
